Heritage Audio was founded in Madrid, Spain, by Peter Rodriguez, a civil engineer and music producer who left a career in wind energy to pursue the vintage studio sound he had long admired. Drawing on his dual background in engineering and production, Rodriguez identified what makes classic 1970s recording gear so sought-after and set out to recreate that tone and character in modern, reliable, and affordable hardware. Built around the philosophy of making vintage sound accessible to today’s studios, Heritage Audio has grown from a one-man workshop into an internationally distributed brand carried by top retailers worldwide.
