Mystery Magicians creates vintage-style equipment inspired by tried-and-true gear and recording techniques from the golden age of music. Based in Los Angeles, they emerged from years of extensive prototype development with their flagship M808A preamplifier, followed by a growing collection of recording tools that capture the nuance and character of every performance. Each of their designs reflects their relentless attention to detail, from custom panel meters to hand-wound transformers designed and finished in-house.
