Providence Sound and Vision is hosting a full day dedicated to Solid State Logic and Harrison Audio — three in-depth product clinics led by SSL and Harrison specialists, capped off with an Open House and Listening Party sponsored by KSD. Come for one session or stay all day. All are welcome, all are free.

The Harrison console is one of the most storied desks in recording history — it’s the sound behind Michael Jackson’s Thriller, Prince’s Purple Rain, and some of the biggest records of all time. This clinic breaks down what makes the Harrison 32C tick: its circuit topology, its character, and how it delivers Harrison’s legendary sonic signature in a console built for the modern studio. Runs in two back-to-back one-hour sessions (12:00–1:00 and 1:00–2:00). Drop in at the start of either hour — each session covers the full topic.

SSL’s Origin EVO brings the feel and philosophy of a large-format analog console into a format built for today’s hybrid studio. The SSL Origin was a massive hit among engineers, and the EVO takes the Origin design to the next level with the addition of SSL’s legendary dynamics on every channel. Phill Scholes will guide you through the desk’s architecture — covering signal path, dynamics, summing, and the design decisions that shape the Origin EVO’s character. Runs in two back-to-back one-hour sessions (2:00–3:00 and 3:00–4:00). Drop in at the start of either hour — each session covers the full topic.

SSL’s desktop controller lineup paired with SSL 360° software gives you tactile, console-style control over your DAW without the footprint of a full desk. You will master the workflow of the 360° software — how the ecosystem is configured, how each controller communicates with 360°, and how to build a setup that matches the way you work. Runs in two back-to-back one-hour sessions (4:00–5:00 and 5:00–6:00). Drop in at the start of either hour — each session covers the full topic.
