Dual Redundant Power Supply

The DClock-R is equipped with two identical, independent power supply units, offering dual redundancy for continuous operation. In critical situations where power must be maintained, the load is shared between both supplies, providing uninterrupted power even if one supply fails. The two universal voltage filtered mains power inlets ensure consistent and reliable operation.

High Accuracy LCD Display

The DClock-R features a 16-character blue LCD display that provides reference measurement of the incoming sample rate with an accuracy of 2ppm. The display shows the information in three formats: actual frequency (to one decimal place), nominal frequency with +/- ppm error, or nominal frequency plus percentage of pull up or pull down, allowing for precise clock monitoring and control.

Auto-Sensing Dual Redundant Clock Inputs

The DClock-R includes two clock inputs—a default and an auxiliary—capable of locking onto both word clock and AES-3id signals. The source is automatically selected based on the type and quality of the signal, ensuring continuous operation and added dependability. Twelve BNC clock outputs are located on the rear panel, with an additional four outputs on the front panel for quick patching to other digital devices, providing versatile connectivity for any professional setup.
