A redesigned workflow built around four core modes—Select, Perform, Presets, and Parameters—combined with HotSwitch and HotKnob macro control gives players direct, real-time control over effects without menu-diving, and seamless spillover between presets keeps transitions clean in both live and studio environments. Dual instrument and line-level I/O, stereo operation, 5-pin DIN MIDI, expression and aux control inputs, and USB-C connectivity to the Eventide Control app make the H9 Gen 2 adaptable to pedalboards, amp loops, hybrid rigs, and studio signal chains alike.
