The Grace Design m701 ADC Option is a high-performance 8-channel analog input expansion module for the m701 modular audio interface. Installing into any of the m701’s eight AD/DA option slots, this field-installable module delivers the same reference-quality analog-to-digital conversion at the heart of the m701 platform. Per-channel input gain is adjustable ±20 dB in 0.1 dB steps for straightforward calibration and compatibility with a wide range of outboard gear, and dynamic range exceeds 120 dB. The ADC module supports four selectable oversampling filter types, giving engineers control over conversion character to best suit the program material being tracked. Up to eight ADC modules can be installed in a single m701, making it possible to build out a fully analog input configuration for large-scale tracking and recording environments.
