The m701 Production Digilink is a dedicated configuration of the m701 modular audio interface platform, purpose-built for professional studios running Pro Tools HD and Digilink-based workflows. Designed for facilities that demand high channel counts, rock-solid synchronization, and uncompromising audio quality, the Production Digilink delivers reference-grade conversion within a flexible, future-ready interface architecture.
At the heart of the m701 is Grace Design’s decades-long commitment to musical, transparent audio performance. While modern converter chips have reached a high level of technical maturity, the surrounding analog circuitry, clocking, and power supply design ultimately determine how an interface sounds in real-world use. The m701 Production Digilink carries forward Grace Design’s proven approach to these critical elements, resulting in an interface that sounds open, detailed, and natural across all channel counts.
This Production configuration is optimized for studios that rely on Digilink connectivity as the backbone of their recording and mixing environment. Whether used in a music production facility, post-production house, or hybrid analog/digital studio, the m701 Production Digilink integrates seamlessly into Pro Tools systems while offering the flexibility of a modern modular platform.
With Digilink connectivity at its core, the m701 Production Digilink interfaces directly with Pro Tools HD systems, providing dependable, low-latency performance for tracking, mixing, and overdubbing. The system supports complex routing scenarios while maintaining consistent timing and phase accuracy, making it well suited for large sessions, hybrid summing workflows, and multi-room facilities.
All configuration and system control is handled through GraceNet, the built-in web-based control platform. GraceNet operates directly in any modern browser, requiring no software installation, and provides access to routing, metering, cue mixing, and system setup from computers, tablets, or mobile devices. This streamlined approach keeps engineers focused on the session rather than system management.
A built-in 32×8 low-latency cue mixer allows for multiple independent headphone mixes during tracking sessions. Performers can access and adjust their own cue mixes using GraceNet on a personal device, reducing reliance on external cue systems while maintaining near-zero monitoring latency.
