The Grimm Audio SB1 Mono brings the revolutionary Digital Motional Feedback (DMF) technology of the SB1 stereo set into a single high-performance subwoofer unit. By mounting an acceleration sensor on the cone and combining it with advanced digital processing and current drive, the SB1 reduces distortion by up to 30 dB while maintaining exceptional dynamic control. This ensures bass reproduction that is tight, accurate, and free from the resonance and thickening effects common in conventional subwoofers.

Extending linearly down to 20 Hz, the SB1 Mono is an ideal companion for Grimm Audio’s LS1 series loudspeakers, transforming them into a powerful three-way system with unmatched transparency. It pairs seamlessly with the LS1v2, LS1be, or LS1a, offering low distortion across the entire audio band. A built-in switch also allows the SB1 Mono to integrate easily with third-party loudspeaker systems, making its DMF benefits available to a wide range of users. Equipped with a modified aluminum woofer, 500W Class-D amplifier, and precision DSP, the SB1 Mono delivers bass performance that sets a new standard for professional monitoring and high-end listening.
