H2 Audio 0011/Stereo 2-Channel Mic Pre/EQ
The H2 Audio 0011/Stereo delivers two channels of the iconic Helios 0011 Mic Preamp and EQ circuitry, housed in a rugged 2U 19” rack unit for modern studio setups. Built with the same analog warmth and character that defined countless classic recordings, this dual-channel version retains all the sonic features and vintage tone of the original 0011, now optimized for efficient rack-mounted use.
Each channel features the legendary Helios 2128 mic preamp circuit, offering up to 70dB of gain in 5dB increments. The unit includes a Lustraphone input transformer, 20dB pad, and a balanced line input section. The EQ section features inductor-based low and mid-frequency controls with selectable bands, along with a fixed 10kHz high-frequency shelf. Also onboard are phase inversion, EQ bypass, and a selectable high-pass filter with original 40Hz and 80Hz filter points.
A key enhancement is the addition of an output amplifier and transformer based on original Helios designs, capable of driving a 600-ohm load with up to 25dB before clipping — a significant upgrade over vintage units.
