Lauten Audio LA-120 V2 Small-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone — Stereo Pair

The Lauten Audio LA-120 V2 is a matched stereo pair of small-diaphragm transformerless condenser microphones, each built around a U.S.-made JFET and hand-populated with polypropylene capacitors and resistors for transparent, uncolored transient capture. Each microphone ships with interchangeable 17mm cardioid and omnidirectional capsules, giving the pair a wide operational range from spot-miking to room and stereo overhead applications. Onboard three-position high-pass and low-pass filters allow tonal shaping at the capsule—the high-pass selects between Flat, 50Hz, or 120Hz, and the low-pass between Flat, 15kHz, or 10kHz—and optional in-line pads are available separately for high-SPL applications that require additional headroom beyond the microphone’s standard 120dB dynamic range. Designed and tested in Northern California.
