The Redeye 3D Phantom is the new, improved revision of the popular Little Labs Redeye direct box / re-amp tool. This version includes new features and improvements to ensure superior audio performance in both live and studio settings.
For seamless and accurate re-amping, the Redeye 3D Phantom allows users to listen through the entire recording chain — from DI box to mic preamp, DAW (or tape machine), and re-amp signal to your guitar amp. In DI mode, the instrument/re-amp out on the front of the Redeye 3D works as a thru signal, simultaneously feeding your guitar amp while sending a signal from the rear XLR to your mic preamp and DAW or tape machine. In re-amp mode, the instrument/re-amp out on the front converts the line level output from the DAW or tape machine into a Hi-Z guitar level signal to feed your guitar amp. This simplified signal chain makes level adjustments easy and ensures consistent sound between the original and re-amped tracks.
