The Peluso P-24 is a large-diaphragm tube condenser stereo microphone housing two complete vacuum tube mic systems in a single body, styled after the AKG C 24. At the heart of each channel is a P-CK-12 dual-diaphragm 32mm edge-terminated condenser capsule—a historically accurate reconstruction engineered entirely by Peluso—with the upper capsule rotating 180° for fast repositioning between X-Y, Mid-Side, and Blumlein coincident stereo techniques. Each capsule offers nine independently selectable polar patterns (controlled remotely at the power supply), and the two signal chains run independently through separate high-impedance circuit boards and isolated Custom T14/1 transformers, both powered by a single 6072AM glass triode vacuum tube. Designed, engineered, and built in Virginia, the P-24 ships as a complete kit including a 12-pin stereo cable, stereo power supply, shock mount, and locking flight case, and is covered by Peluso’s 3-year warranty including tubes.
