The Peluso P-280 delivers ultra-high resolution, crystal-clear sound with a low noise floor and the warmth of a vacuum tube, making it the perfect choice for today’s demanding recording environments. The P-280 uses a unique tube/FET combination amplifier stage, achieving the quietest noise floor ever encountered in a tube microphone while maintaining a warm, detailed signal. Its even frequency response and high SPL handling make it suitable for a wide range of sources, providing crisp detail and a balanced output via a custom-wound transformer. The sleek black body and head grille are machined from brass, giving the P-280 both style and durability. This microphone sets a new standard for today’s diverse signal chains.
