Each of the 24 channels delivers a fully analogue, recallable signal chain: PureDrive mic preamp with Drive control, four-band parametric EQ with switchable E and G Series characteristics, channel Compressor/Limiter and Gate/Expander dynamics, assignable high- and low-pass filters, a 60mm motorised Small Fader, and a 100mm Large Fader — placing the full SSL analogue palette under direct hands-on control without requiring menu navigation. The 24-channel Odyssey ships with a Center Rack and one Channel Rack, housing all analogue circuitry in 13U 19″ rack units that can be positioned within the console, floor-mounted in the control room, or located remotely in a machine room.
