WesAudio ngOmniBox Analog Stereo Mix & Master Processor

The WesAudio ngOmniBox consolidates an entire analog mix and mastering chain into a single, fully recallable stereo processor — combining a passive EQ, bus compressor, saturation stage, clipper, and stereo width processor in a flexible signal path with dedicated input and output insert points. Each processing block can be individually activated or bypassed, and the order of the EQ and compressor can be reversed at any time, giving engineers two fundamentally different processing approaches from the same hardware. Full digital recall, A/B/C instant comparison, an integrated LCD display, and DAW plug-in integration for automation and session control bring modern recall precision to a fully analog signal path. The ngOmniBox is designed for professional mix and mastering engineers in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and recording facilities worldwide who want the depth and character of a curated analog processing chain without the recall overhead of managing multiple individual units.

Key Features

  • Flexible processing architecture — six independently bypassable stages — passive EQ, bus compressor, saturation, clipper, and width processing operate as discrete blocks in the signal path; each stage can be individually activated or bypassed to build the processing chain around the needs of the mix; EQ and compressor order can be swapped for instant access to two fundamentally different processing approaches (EQ→Comp or Comp→EQ)
  • Input section with insert point and high-pass filter — fully controllable stereo input level with input level metering; integrated high-pass filter; dedicated input insert point for integrating external analog processing into the chain before the ngOmniBox’s processing stages
  • Passive EQ — broad, musical tonal shaping — fully analog passive equalization section designed for the kind of broad, musical tonal shaping used in mix-bus and mastering contexts; operates before or after the compressor depending on routing selection
  • Analog bus compressor — mix-bus glue and dynamics control — stereo bus compression section designed for mix-bus glue, dynamics control, and final mix shaping; independently bypassable from the rest of the processing chain
  • Saturation stage — harmonic character and density — dedicated analog saturation section adds harmonic character and density independently from compression and EQ; fully variable and independently bypassable
  • Clipper — peak control and transient shaping — dedicated analog clipping section for peak control, additional loudness, and transient shaping; independently bypassable
  • Stereo width processing — dedicated width stage for precise adjustment of the stereo image; independently bypassable
  • Output section with stereo and Mid/Side insert point — fully controllable stereo output level with output level metering; dedicated output insert point for integrating external analog processors at the final stage of the chain; output insert operates in stereo or Mid/Side mode for advanced mastering workflows; provides precise final gain staging after the complete processing chain
  • Full digital recall with A/B/C comparison and DAW integration — complete recall of all analog parameters via digital control; A/B/C comparison for instant evaluation of three different processing settings; integrated LCD display for precise visualization of parameter values; DAW plug-in integration allows control, automation, and recall of all parameters directly from the session without interrupting the analog signal path
