Built on the same pure analog signal path and driver configuration as the TYPE 05 A-CORE — 5-inch custom honeycomb woofer, hand-built Air Motion Transformer tweeter, 43 Hz to 50 kHz frequency response, 2 × 100 W ICEpower amplification — EDITION X upgrades the signal chain with a custom black ENIG-finished PCB and adds 18k gold-plated, Italian-made hardware throughout, including the backplate, screws, and tweeter grille. Each unit carries a unique engraved serial number and is handmade in Berlin with the same premium components and individual testing standard applied across the HEDD lineup.
