NOVA was built as an immersive monitoring platform from day one — the hardware can already handle up to 7.1.4 with 12 optimized channels. For a lot of rooms, that immersive side has just been sitting there, gated behind a license that hasn’t been worth adding yet.
For one month, Trinnov is closing that gap. From September 21 through October 21, 2026, any NOVA that reaches 6 licensed Optimizer channels — whether by upgrading an existing unit or buying new — comes with the immersive unlock included. No separate immersive license to add on top.
New customers get an easy on-ramp into immersive. But the real story here is for studios that already own a NOVA. It doesn’t matter what channel count it’s currently licensed at — 2, 4, whatever’s already in the room. The moment that NOVA crosses the 6-channel Optimizer threshold, NOVA Immersive activates with it. Normally that’s a separate step. During this window, it’s not.
Once unlocked, NOVA handles playback, monitor control, and Trinnov’s room optimization across up to 12 channels, in configurations up to 7.1.4 — all on the same processor already in the room. No separate box for immersive, no juggling a second optimization system. It’s the same NOVA, doing more.
Purchases and upgrades run through Providence Sound And Vision as usual — nothing extra to do at checkout.
